Australian Orders
We are currently partnered with Australia Post for all orders within Australia.

| Express Shipping • Orders under $100 | Metro: 1 business day | $15.99 AUD |
| Standard Shipping • Orders under $200 | Metro: 3-5 business day | $13.99 AUD |
International Orders
Australia Post is currently experiencing delivery delays to the following regions:
Dubai: Express parcels expected to arrive between 5-12 business days. For more information, visit the Australia Post website.
Norway: Express parcels expected to arrive between 8-18 business days. For more information, visit the Australia Post website.
Timing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours between Monday - Friday.
*Please note: During peak periods (Sale or Public Holiday periods), same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received.
Dispatching your order
We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries. Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse, you will be emailed your tracking number.
If you are unable to find your email with tracking details, please check your junk mail or alternatively contact us at hello@tishtosh.com.au.
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier. Any delays caused by the shipping company are outside of our control.
Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the shipping companies, and may vary depending on locations. Each order is hand packed by our team.
TishTosh is not responsible for any damage caused to the parcel within the transit process.
Stolen Parcels
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. TishTosh is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.
Damaged Parcels
TishTosh is not liable for any damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address.

Expected Shipping Times
Our express service delivery time frames are based off your location to our warehouse in Sydney.
Metro cities across Australia can expect delivery within 2 business days, excluding Adelaide and Perth which can be 2-7 business days.
Rural areas across Australia take anywhere between 5-7 business days.
International Customs & Taxes
It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.
TishTosh will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.
