Online Returns
At Tishtosh, we aim to create unique, long-lasting garments of exceptional quality and fit. We're happy to offer refunds or exchanges for online orders when:
- Items are returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items are returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging).
- Items are accompanied by a proof of purchase from our online store.
We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount (excludes new subscriber 10% discount).
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@tishtosh.com.au and state your reason for return and order number.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Unauthorised returns of sale or discounted items will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.
- The return sender is responsible for all shipping charges. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your return or exchange has been processed.
- Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt.
Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our head office. Please package your return with care and use tracking to prevent any damage.
